Aamir has bagged an international film. While he was premiering PK in China, his latest project was announced.
Aamir is slated to do a film with Chinese superstar Jackie Chan titled Kung Fu Yoga.
But Aamir was not the first choice for this period-action-drama.
SpotboyE.com has it that Saif Ali Khan was in the running for the role that Aamir has now bagged.
Saif lost the role when a member of his entourage asked for too many details about the project. In the time that it took Saif's people to get back, Aamir had already got the film.
The Omkara star has been unsuccessful at the box-office with him headlining Happy Ending and Humshakals, the latter considered by many to be his worst film. An international project would have worked wonders for his career.
Kung Fu Yoga will be directed by Stanley Tong who directed Rumble in the Bronx and The Myth.
